A game of softball was played in Sakahogi Town, Gifu Prefecture, as a friendly exchange event with Sakahogi Town, which concluded a mutual support agreement with Yuasa Town in September 2020 in the event of a disaster. ⚾️ A disaster cooperation agreement is an agreement concluded between local governments and private businesses/related institutions, or between local governments, regarding human and material support for various emergency recovery activities in the event of a disaster. In September 2020, Yuasa Town and Sakahogi Town in Gifu Prefecture signed a mutual support agreement in the event of a disaster. Have you ever seen this perfectly round vegetable? This is the Kishu traditional vegetable, Yuasa eggplant, which has been cultivated in Yuasa since the Taisho era. This eggplant with its unique shape is said to be the origin of the Kyoto vegetable Kamo eggplant, and is also included in the Yuasa town’s specialty product, Kinzanji miso (o^^o) Yuasa eggplants are sold out every day at Yuasa Walk in KITTE Osaka, which opened at the end of last month 🍆 Yuasa eggplants, which are currently in the peak harvest season, are low in moisture and sweet, and since they are densely packed, they do not fall apart easily when cooked.
